The Derech and Yesod/Chai Israel programs were honored by a visit from Harav Hagaon Reuven Feinstein shlit’a, the Rosh Hayeshiva of the Yeshiva of Staten Island, NY, this past Monday. He is a son of Harav Hagaon Moshe Feinstein zatzal.

Rav Feinstein gave a “schmooze” (inspirational Torah lecture) in the Derech Beit Midrash, followed by a question and answer session for both the students and the rabbeim, who enjoyed a wonderful opportunity to gain from the Rav’s openness and the clarity of his answers.

Following the shmooze the Rav joined the Derech and Yesod / Chai Israel staff for lunch, where the rabbis were able to ask him a variety of questions regarding chinuch.
